At Big Green Egg, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your outdoor cooking experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the unused items in their original boxes, ensuring all components and manuals are included, and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the shipping carton.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please note that oversized EGG components may require a scheduled freight pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned merchandise, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days, minus any applicable restocking fees.
